Background Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) is a systemic autoinflammatory disease requiring lifelong treatment, characterized by recurrent episodes of fever, arthritis, and serositis. Recent studies denote an association between FMF behavioral disorders such as anxiety depression [1] . Further investigations are needed to have better understanding the relationship depression. Methods We surveyed 360 (225 F, 135 M) in our outpatient clinic June October 2022. Results The median for was 36.4 ± 11.0 (19-64). Median STAI-Y1 (state), STAI-Y2 (trait), BAI, BDI 42.2 12.0, 45.9 10.6, 24.0 13.9, 13.1 8.99 respectively. There no significant difference male female on STAI-Y1, STAI-Y2, but females scored significantly higher BAI (25.8 13.7 vs 21.0 p-value: 0.001).
